It is important as an individual to have all the confidence you need to perform optimally, not only that, but as an individual you need to know how to operate as part of a winning team. This is important even if you do single person sports as you often will have a team that supports and coaches you an it is kep that you all work together cohesively.

I was told that Mohamed Ali one of the greatest boxers of all times would visualise when he fought, he'd imagine he was stood at the 4 corners of the ring watching himself fight.

Visualisation, mental imagery, self belief are all critical to the individual. What is more important than all of this is balance. You must have balance and be centred to perform optimally. Upset this balance and you can set yourself off course, in proffessional sports people a difference of only a few percent can make a massive difference to their performance.

I can help the individual in any area they know they need help, however I can also observe question and talk to individuals to look for any improvement that might be possible but they just aren't consiously aware of.
